Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Remote / Hybrid
Smilestone ABA is seeking compassionate and motivated BCBAs to provide high-quality supervision, treatment planning, caregiver collaboration, and clinical support for children receiving ABA services.
✨ Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and skill evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs
- Collaborate with caregivers and team members
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming
- Assist during startup and credentailing phase
🎓 Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Georgia LBA or the ability to obtain
- If applying for Georgia: Must reside in GA or within a 50-mile radius of GA state lines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for compassionate, ethical care
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
In-Person
We are seeking dedicated RBTs who are passionate about helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through individualized ABA therapy.
✨ Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy
- Implement treatment goals under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record session data
- Support positive behavior and skill development
- Build strong rapport with children and families
🎓 Qualifications
- Active RBT certification preferred
- Experience working with children preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Positive, patient, and professional attitude
